Our small studio is located in the heart of Normaltown & we offer both heated & unheated classes. Our practice is rooted in gratitude, aiming to build strength & flexibility while rejuvenating the mind, body, & spirit. Weโre a diverse group of yogis of all levels, ages, shapes, & cultures, united in our journey for balance & well-being. We aim to foster greater power, vitality & freedom both on & off the mat through the transformational practice of yoga. Join us for a class in our studio or a community pop-up event!
