We’re honored to provide a sacred space for you to tap into Shakti, the powerful creative energy within us all.
Our small studio is located in the heart of Normaltown & we offer both heated & unheated classes. Our practice is rooted in gratitude, aiming to build strength & flexibility while rejuvenating the mind, body, & spirit. We’re a diverse group of yogis of all levels, ages, shapes, & cultures, united in our journey for balance & well-being. We aim to foster greater power, vitality & freedom both on & off the mat through the transformational practice of yoga. Join us for a class in our studio or a community pop-up event!

We shift our awareness off appearance & turn towards the functions & sensations of our bodies acknowledging their abilities & the experiences they make possible.

We prioritize creating a safe & supportive environment, centering on understanding the impacts of trauma on the body & mind. We guide our practice with sensitivity fostering empowerment & support through mindful teaching, cueing, & assists.
